What is a PDF Merger?
A PDF merger combines two or more PDF files into one PDF document. It is useful when you need to join reports, forms, scanned pages, invoices, notes or other PDF files into a single file.
How to Merge PDF Files
- Choose or drag two or more PDF files into the upload area.
- Use the up and down controls to arrange the PDFs.
- Click Merge PDF.
- Download the final merged PDF file.
Control the PDF Order
The merged PDF follows the order shown in the selected PDF list. Move files up or down before processing to control the final page sequence.
PDF Upload Limits
Merge PDF v1.0 supports up to 10 PDF files at a time, with a maximum size of 20 MB per file. These limits keep processing fast and reliable on the server.
Temporary File Processing
Uploaded PDFs and generated merged PDFs are temporary processing files. iToolsEra does not require an account for this tool, and temporary files are automatically deleted according to the PDF tools cleanup policy.
When Should You Merge PDF Files?
Merge PDF is useful when related documents need to be submitted, shared or stored as one file. Examples include combining scanned pages, reports, invoices, forms, receipts or supporting documents into a single ordered PDF.
